## Hero
# Product development and management.

We build products that customers buy and people love.

Turn a customer problem into a clear product brief, a working release, and a plan for what comes next. Devekko connects product decisions, design, engineering, and ongoing improvement across web, ecommerce, mobile, and AI.

## Start at the decision you need to make

You may have an idea with too many possible features, a team waiting for priorities, or a live product that needs a clearer direction. We help define the next useful outcome and the work required to reach it.

For a new product, start with the people, the task, and the evidence of demand. For an existing product, bring customer feedback, usage data, support problems, and technical constraints. We turn those inputs into decisions your team can act on.

The scope can combine customer research, product strategy, UX prototypes, technical discovery, software development, and product management. Each activity needs a question to answer or a deliverable to accept.

## Choose your starting point

### Product Definition Sprint

For an idea or stalled initiative that needs a decision before a larger build. We agree the research and technical questions, then prepare a product brief, prioritized opportunities, a proposed first release, and a measurement plan. A prototype or feasibility test can be included where it resolves a specific uncertainty.

**You leave with:** a reviewable build, test, or defer recommendation and the evidence behind it. The brief can be used with your own team or delivery partner.

### Product Build & Launch

For a defined opportunity that needs design and implementation. We agree the user journeys, backlog, integrations, release criteria, and delivery responsibilities. Work is reviewed in increments, with testing and operating documentation included in the agreed scope.

**You leave with:** the agreed release, acceptance evidence, and a handover covering how it runs and who owns the next steps.

### Fractional Product Management

For a team that needs ongoing prioritization and coordination. We establish a review cadence, maintain the roadmap and backlog, clarify requirements, coordinate contributors, and review customer and business signals after release.

**You receive:** an updated priority order, written decisions, clear owners, and a plan for the next delivery cycle. Capacity, meeting cadence, engineering participation, and commercial terms are agreed in the proposal.

## Know what each stage produces

- **Discover:** a defined customer task, evidence review, assumptions, and open questions. New interviews or usability sessions are included when agreed.
- **Prioritize:** a roadmap that weighs customer value, business value, effort, dependencies, and risk. The first release has an explicit boundary.
- **Design and build:** reviewable flows or prototypes, implementation, and acceptance checks for the agreed scope.
- **Launch:** release readiness, data and integration checks, operating guidance, and named decision owners.
- **Manage:** a review of adoption, task completion, support demand, operating cost, and the next product decisions. Measures depend on the product and available data.

Your team provides access to the people and systems needed for the agreed work, a decision owner, and timely feedback. We make dependencies and unresolved assumptions visible throughout delivery.

## Connect the product to the business behind it

A customer portal may depend on order data. A mobile app may need account recovery and a repeat-purchase flow. An AI feature needs approved information, review criteria, and a way to continue when the model cannot help.

Devekko can connect product management to [web development](/services/web-development), [ecommerce](/services/ecommerce-development), [mobile apps](/services/mobile-app-development), and [AI and data](/services/ai-data). For AI applications, Cloudflare Workers AI is our starting platform; the product brief defines the task, data access, evaluation, and human responsibility.

If your first question is where to invest across channels and systems, begin with the [Digital Strategy Roadmap](/services/digital-strategy). Product development and management carries a chosen product opportunity through definition, delivery, and continued improvement.

## Agree the commitment before work starts

We scope the engagement around the decision, product, existing team, and systems involved. The proposal records deliverables, acceptance criteria, responsibilities, schedule, fees, payment terms, and the process for changes.

Start with the smallest phase that can resolve an important uncertainty. Review its evidence before committing to the next phase. Software subscriptions, research recruitment, hosting, and ongoing support are identified separately where relevant.

We agree the work and how it will be reviewed. Revenue, adoption, and retention also depend on the offer, market, distribution, and operation; they are measured outcomes rather than guaranteed results.

## Common questions

### Can you work with our developers or existing agency?

Yes. Product management can be scoped around your current team. We clarify which decisions Devekko owns, who implements the work, and how the release is accepted.

### Can we start with discovery only?

Yes. The Product Definition Sprint can stand on its own. Its agreed documents give you a basis for deciding whether and how to proceed.

### Do you build the product as well as manage it?

Development can be included for web applications, ecommerce, mobile apps, and AI/data workflows. The proposal identifies the implementation, integrations, testing, and operating responsibilities.

### What do the case-study numbers represent?

They come from Nicholas Roberts's published résumé. Two cases describe previous employment responsibilities; one describes a founder-built product. Client and product names are omitted. Counts describe delivery or operating scope unless explicitly labeled as an outcome.

### How much does it cost, and how long does it take?

Fees and timing depend on the questions, delivery scope, access, and team involved. We agree them in a proposal before work begins. Ongoing product management has an agreed capacity and review cadence.

### What should we bring to the first conversation?

A short description of the product, who uses it, the decision you need to make, and what is blocking progress. Existing research, a backlog, or a system map can help, but a clear problem is enough to start the discussion.
