Decide what to build next.
Plan the next move across your website, store, apps, and internal systems. Our Digital Strategy Roadmap connects customer needs to business priorities, practical technology choices, and a first project your team can act on.
Start with a standalone strategy engagement, scoped around the decision you need to make.
Start with the decision you are facing
Find where the customer journey breaks down
People find your business but struggle to understand the offer, finish a purchase, or get help. Review the path from discovery to repeat use, including the work your team does behind the scenes.
Choose where to invest next
A redesign, platform change, mobile app, and several integrations are competing for attention. Compare them against customer needs, likely value, dependencies, and the effort involved.
Find a useful role for AI
Identify a task, the information it needs, and who will review the result. Assess data readiness and operating constraints before choosing a pilot.
Leave with a roadmap you can use
The Digital Strategy Roadmap gives your team a shared basis for investment and delivery decisions. We agree the depth of each deliverable in the proposal.
- Customer and channel review. Map how people discover your offer, take action, and return. Identify gaps in positioning, content, search visibility, and the customer experience using the evidence available.
- Systems and data map. Document the platforms, integrations, manual handoffs, and information behind those journeys. Identify constraints and opportunities to reuse what already works.
- Prioritized roadmap. Sequence the opportunities by expected value, effort, dependencies, and risk. Record assumptions, open questions, and decisions that need an owner.
- First-project brief. Define the intended users, workflow, scope, and acceptance criteria for the next release or experiment. Your team can use it to compare implementation proposals.
- Measurement plan. Specify the business outcomes, baseline data, and events needed to judge progress. Distinguish a prepared inquiry from a received lead, and a checkout visit from a completed order.
Connect growth opportunities to delivery
A clearer offer may call for new landing pages. A checkout problem may involve catalog data or fulfillment rules. A retention opportunity may need a customer portal or mobile workflow.
We connect these recommendations to the work required across web development, ecommerce, and mobile apps. The roadmap compares improving an existing tool, integrating a platform, and building a custom feature where those are viable options.
For AI and data projects, we consider Cloudflare Workers AI alongside source quality, access rules, running costs, and evaluation. The first pilot needs a useful task and a way to check its results.
Agree the work before it starts
Begin with the decision, your current website or product, and the constraints you already know. Existing analytics, customer feedback, and a list of systems help us scope the review.
We agree the questions to answer, participants, deliverables, fee, payment terms, and schedule in a proposal. The engagement combines discovery, a review of the agreed evidence, and a walkthrough of the recommendations with your team.
You receive the agreed roadmap and supporting documents for use with your team or delivery partner. Implementation and ongoing advisory work can be scoped after the roadmap review.
A few useful answers
Before we begin.
How is digital strategy priced?
The fee depends on the decisions, customer journeys, systems, and research included in the review. We agree the price, payment terms, deliverables, and timing before work begins.
Can we commission strategy on its own?
Yes. The Digital Strategy Roadmap is a standalone engagement. You can use the agreed documents with your internal team, Devekko, or another delivery partner.
What if we have little customer research or analytics?
We start with the evidence you have and mark assumptions clearly. The roadmap can include a research and measurement plan so future decisions have a stronger basis. Any new research or tracking setup is scoped explicitly.
Does this include building the website or running campaigns?
The strategy engagement covers the agreed review, recommendations, and delivery plan. Development, content production, paid campaigns, software subscriptions, and ongoing management require their own agreed scope and budget.
Do we need to adopt AI or replace our current platform?
Your goals and constraints guide the recommendation. We assess your existing tools first. An AI pilot or platform change belongs in the roadmap when it addresses a defined need and can be evaluated.
