Test the assumption.

The sprint combines product definition, research, implementation, and review. Its schedule is a development window; it is not a promise that every proposed workflow will be complete by November.

Define the user, decision, and smallest useful workflow.
Build a demo around sourced information and explicit permissions.
Evaluate quality, operating cost, and the evidence needed for a next release.
Document the working scope, limitations, and next experiments.

These are builder projects and research prototypes. KPI sections describe measures to test; they do not report customer outcomes.
