Product Definition Sprint
For an idea or stalled initiative that needs a decision before a larger build. We agree the research and technical questions, then prepare a product brief, prioritized opportunities, a proposed first release, and a measurement plan. A prototype or feasibility test can be included where it resolves a specific uncertainty.
You leave with: a reviewable build, test, or defer recommendation and the evidence behind it. The brief can be used with your own team or delivery partner.
Product Build & Launch
For a defined opportunity that needs design and implementation. We agree the user journeys, backlog, integrations, release criteria, and delivery responsibilities. Work is reviewed in increments, with testing and operating documentation included in the agreed scope.
You leave with: the agreed release, acceptance evidence, and a handover covering how it runs and who owns the next steps.
Fractional Product Management
For a team that needs ongoing prioritization and coordination. We establish a review cadence, maintain the roadmap and backlog, clarify requirements, coordinate contributors, and review customer and business signals after release.
You receive: an updated priority order, written decisions, clear owners, and a plan for the next delivery cycle. Capacity, meeting cadence, engineering participation, and commercial terms are agreed in the proposal.
