Give receiving, picking, packing, and stock control a shared view of the work. We review warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory locations, barcode workflows, and connections to stores and carriers. The scope can include platform selection, migration, integrations, and staff tools.
Measure: inventory accuracy, pick errors, and time from order release to dispatch.

Follow an order from purchase through allocation, fulfillment, cancellation, and returns. We map order management system (OMS) rules across channels and locations, connect order status, and give staff a clear queue for exceptions that need attention.

Connect the storefront to the operation that fulfills its promises. Scope can cover Shopify or BigCommerce migration, a store refresh, catalog cleanup, checkout, subscriptions, and inventory or finance integrations. Replace fragile spreadsheet handoffs with tools built around the job. Staff portals, approval queues, supplier workflows, and operational dashboards can share validated data and record who changed what. We review permissions and exception handling with the people doing the work.
Measure: task completion time, rekeying, and work waiting for approval.

Give a bounded workflow an assistant that can gather approved information, propose a next step, and use permitted tools. Examples include triaging order exceptions, preparing purchasing recommendations, and drafting support responses. Cloudflare Workers AI is our starting inference platform.

Bring commerce, inventory, finance, and customer data into a reporting layer with agreed definitions. We scope data pipelines, quality checks, access controls, and dashboards so teams can trace a number back to its source. Operational systems continue to own their transactions.

An order arrives, stock is allocated, the warehouse ships it, finance records it, and the customer gets an update. Every handoff needs an owner, a source of truth, and a way to recover when something fails.
We map that path with your team and decide which systems to retain, connect, improve, or replace. The first phase might address stock synchronization or a daily reporting bottleneck. A larger platform change follows when the dependencies and business case are understood.
Bring your current platforms, a recurring problem, and the people who handle it. Your existing IT provider, warehouse team, finance lead, and software vendors can participate in the agreed scope.
For a business that needs to decide where to invest. We review the chosen systems and workflows, map dependencies, and compare the options. The agreed deliverables include a systems map, prioritized backlog, cost assumptions, risk register, and first-project brief.
Decision: which change to fund first, what to keep, and what evidence is still missing. The roadmap can be a standalone engagement.
For one bottleneck with a clear owner. We define a bounded workflow, its integrations, success measures, and acceptance checks. The pilot includes the agreed implementation, evaluation, operating instructions, and a review before broader rollout.

We establish a baseline before setting targets. That might be hours spent reconciling stock, order errors per thousand orders, reporting delays, or the cost of maintaining a custom integration.
Total cost of ownership includes migration and implementation, subscriptions, hosting, AI usage, support, staff training, and the cost of operating old and new systems during transition. We record assumptions and compare scenarios over an agreed period.
Released staff time, avoided costs, and additional gross profit are different benefits. We report them separately and account for overlap. ROI and payback estimates remain planning scenarios until operating results support them.
An agentic workflow needs a defined task, approved data, limited tool permissions, and an action log. We scope human approval for consequential actions such as refunds, purchasing commitments, bulk inventory changes, or customer communications. Evaluation includes failures and the handoff to a person.
For migrations, we agree record counts and reconciliation rules, rehearse critical workflows, and define cutover owners and recovery steps. Downtime tolerance, backup restoration, and any parallel operation are planned with the business before release.

Yes. The proposal defines access, responsibilities, approvals, and support ownership across your team, Devekko, and the vendors involved. Hardware, specialist warehouse equipment, and on-site work require explicit scoping.
A warehouse management system helps run physical stock and fulfillment. A data warehouse brings information from business systems together for analysis and reporting. The two can connect, but they serve different jobs.
